Please see below a list of the key facilities provided at the hall and any additional charges which might apply on top of those listed on the Services page.

Rooms and Outdoor Areas
The Main Hall
The main large hall is approximately 6.5 x 13.5 m with vaulted ceiling and a large stage area at the end of it. There are coloured uplights around edge of the hall and French windows onto the patio. There is also a large entrance hall with double doors which can be accessed via steps or terrace. In line with fire safety restrictions, can hold up to 175 people.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with:

The Back Room
There is a small back room behind the stage with a mirror suitable for a changing room or additional storage.
Toilets
We have four toilets, two located by the entrance, one of which is a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities, and another two behind the stage.
Patio Area
The patio area is a wide, secure terrace area to front of hall with uplighting connected to main hall.
Grassy Area
The Hurtwood Control owns the grassy area by the car park. This can be hired as part of your hall booking for an additional fee.
Car Park
Please note that the Village Hall does not own the car park. This is a public carpark and the property of the Parish Council. If you would like to close off the car park, you must apply to the Parish Council and pay an additional fee directly. If you require additional parking when the ground is dry, you can also add hire of the grassy area to your booking of the hall.
Equipment
Tables and Chairs
Hire comes with access to 10 x 2.7 by 6ft trestle tables, 12 x 2.7 by 4ft trestle tables and 90 blue covered chairs. We also have a couple of low 4ft children's tables, around 30 small chairs, and 5 high chairs.
Wifi
Wifi connection is provided as part of the booking.
Kitchen and dining ware
The kitchen is equipped with a range of cutlery, crockery, glassware, tea and coffee making and cooking equipment.
Speaker system
We have a portable PA system, suitable for presentation and speeches, which is included in our wedding rate or can be added to other bookings for an additional fee.
Ceiling drapes
Our beautiful ceiling drapes are included in our wedding rate or can be added to other bookings for an additional fee.
Toddler Group Toys
The toddler group hires can be hired out for children's parties for an additional fee.
T-loop
The hall is fitted with a T-Loop system which can be accessed on the stage.
